How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are packed the same day where stock allows. Standard delivery is 2–5 working days. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders over R500.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is handled by the courier. After your order ships, they will send you a tracking link to follow the parcel.
How do I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. See our returns policy or contact support with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayFast and EFT. Card details are processed through a secure provider and never stored on Iris Market.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver across South Africa. Remote areas may take a little longer.
